The least replicated of the famous Main Force Patrol (MFP) vehicles. Stolen by a self-proclaimed "fuel injected suicide machine" this HQ Monaro came out of the General Motors Holden factory in 1972.
The car is best known for its opening chase scene. If you look closely when Max and Goose are in the underground parking garage going to see the Interceptor for the first time, in the background, you will see a pristine Nightrider vehicle.
